I Was out there & philly a couple days ago...wilmington reminds me of a smaller philly / baltimore (as far as the overall vibes of the city )...or should i say still reminds me of it from the last time i been thru there
 
when did Newburgh get so bad? no dis but I always thought it was just a town known for having a bunch of malls but this is the 2nd thread where I've scene it mentioned as being no less than rough around the edges. I've lived near Buffalo my entire life and it's a ghost town moar than anything, not saying it's not real out there cause there are a lot of poor without jobs and the rent is too damb high but if you ever find yourself there you're prolly moar likely to get in an altercation in a drinking district near a college with sum1 from the suburbs aged 14-58 than kidnapped by a dangerous urban gang.
