The Clippers had 2 "Bigs" - Zu and Trez
Dwight is what 6'9"? But he plays big. Trez is what 6'8" with longer arms than dweezy. Catches lobs and rim runs just as much, if not more than Dwight.
And oh, Dwight and Trez both averaged 7.1 rebs, 1.1 blocks, and shot 60% from the floor.
But the big difference is Trez scores 18.6 ppg while Howard scores 7. Trez more consistent too, which will allows LA to not always have to rely on AD having to put up big points every night.
Trez definitely a Big, and is 'undersized' only in height.
And with AD, Trez, Javale, and likely Boogie coming back, that's a whole lot of size, length, athleticism, and experience that opposing squads gotta deal with.

Haynes reported Westbrook-Gordon rumor earlier today but it stalled so there's interest on their end. I don't really think them having young players would prevent them from wanting Russ bc he immensely increases their ceiling from an 8 seed, which the Magic are probably okay with

Morris I don't get but I think the rational may be that his salary could be included in case they needed it to match (they would theoretically dangle Bev/Lou as well) for another star... say like Wall or Westbrook for example.

Adam's is actually a great piece for the pelicans. Zion and Ingram are both below average post defenders. He helps them improve that area of the court and takes some pressure off them having to rebound.
