He used to play overseas in quite a few places, last time was not too long ago, maybe right before the pandemic or during it cant remember. Idk if he had any tryouts or anything for the NBA. Hes 32ish so that NBA dream long gone.

6-1, 210 is not bad (especially depending on my how you wear it). However, getting down to 185 is definitely possible but “fast” may not be the best way because that may require “shortcuts” which put you at risk of gaining some, if not all, of it back just as fast. Kind of like antidope alluded to, you have to make lifestyle adjustments and you’ll be well on your way to 185 heading into 2023
