That's when he was getting dogged by Bledsoe and couldn't bring the ball up the court in the playoffs. That's when he knew it was time to hang it up for good.

that was when he was wearing the Dolce's on the court cuz they matched the jersey. Man's was a maniac

That era of the grit and grind was something else. They didn’t address the back up point guard position which was a revolving door. From Bayless, to Beno , to Gilbert and probably forgetting a few more. Never forget that playoff game where Conley was out and the backup got injured and Tony Allen was the defacto “ball handler” grabbing rebounds and giving the ball to Gasol or Z-bo to bring up the court. Wild times.

Did the backup pg get injured or found to be abusing PEDs just hours before the playoff series vs OKC? #NickCalathesiirc Then OKc proceeded to recieve the business from the corpse of Beno Udrih

I thought Beno and Calatches were pretty good backups. Chalmers too, but I think the team was done being stealth contenders by then.

There was also Jamaal Tinsley, Keyon Dooling, Greasy Vasquez.

When he kept balling up is fist, after taking and bad making iso drill shots over 5’9 forwards…

I soured completely. Wish the best for him going forward. The cracks were evident

Emoni wanna be YB so bad and every day I feel like this becomes more and more true lol

Selby couldn’t dribble that well but needed the rock in his hands to be effective, not a good combo for the NBA level  :smh:

That’s why yo started shooting so many 3’s, couldn’t get anywhere with the ball…1st seen the problem in his few games at Kansas
