Gave him some ice, taped it up, tied his shoe tight, it hurts but then you get the adrenaline going and keep moving. Joint is going to swell up and be painful later though. Soon as it gets immobile for a bit, it's going to hurt a lot again. He's just fighting through it. A crowd roaring their approval helps with the adrenaline.
