i remember that 94 strike, good thing i was running the streets and chasing tail. if it happens nowadays when i'm home all the time watching tv i'm gonna lose it. even back in 94 it felt empty without baseball in the background. Yankees were just starting to get good again so that sucked too.

these guys need to get this settled already. that feeling of baseball in the air is near and now i'm starting to panic .....

as much as i'd love to disagree and stick up for baseball, i agree. everything u said is spot on, especially when i see that guys like the former heavyweight champ are fighting for their country and people.

It's becoming almost certain the season is at least shortened. Some real buzz for the M's was happening last season so this would be a real bummer as I was looking forward to catching some games this season.

Obviously there are much larger issues happening but is it wrong for wanting americas favorite past time to take our minds off things (baseball isn't my favorite sport by a Longshot but I always associate it with spring/summer)

That would be litty! I bought those Flex season tix so I could qualify for All Star Game tix next year, it would be cool if they were competitive again haha!

Anything that keeps more money out of da Montforts pockets is what I want. don't care about making the Rockies competitive. They just love that we attend Coors Field no matter what. This is why I'm a fan of every MLB team except da Colorado Rockies.
