It was pretty shocking how little attention it got

Wait til you find out over 3M people came for the 2004 Sox. You’re gonna have a really hard time.

That's not hard to believe at all.

- Curse of the Bambino.
- Down 0-3 to the Yankees just 2 weeks prior.
- Beat another storied franchise (Cards) in the WS.
- DeadsetAce DeadsetAce and everyone he knows with their shirts off.

I buy that.

I was just wondering why only 250K and the fake news people grabbed their tiki torches lol. Was just a question.

I’m guessing the discrepancy is because there are better things to do in So Cal while sports is really all we got. I went to 6 parades and there was easily over $1M at all of them. People travel from around the world to go.

we've been trying to beat the casual/bandwagon arrive late leave early fans city rep for decades. even if it was 250k the crowds looked damn near claustrophobic lol never seen that many people grouped up like that.

I don’t understand how they couldn’t tell he was older than 14 if he’s actually 19. That’s a pretty significant difference.

Willfully ignorant like the Pujols thing :lol

I remember there was one kid in our league who had to bring his birth identification whenever he played. Kid was 13, but looked like a young adult. He was smashing homers
