In retrospect the Jays should have never taken out Gausman. He loaded the bases, yea, but he got two batters out immediately after.
 
Phils are trotting out Halladay, Hamels, and Oswalt what are you going to do

As for the Cards. They play in a Minor League division.

I’m not surprised at the outcome one bit.
 
Can’t stand Michael Kay’s calls. Sidenote, I saw him leaving a deli on the Upper West Side once. He’s like 6’6”. That caught me by surprise.
 
We got fans of both teams in this thread. What’s the confidence level tonight :lol:
 
I don’t know. Definitely anxious. Which offense is showing up? Friday’s or Saturday’s? If Bassitt can limit the damage to 4 or less runs over 6 or 7 innings and yesterday’s offense shows up today, Mets got it. They definitely need to score a lot today. 2 or 3 runs will not be enough. They have to work the counts and bring runners home. Can’t leave runners on, that’s been killing them lately.
 
Mets also unloaded and used up their bullpen arms last night. They had to facing elimination.
