Edwin Diaz is truly awful. A very poor ROI thus far. Had the nerve to smile after that HR. His leash should be at the point where it's choking him. Every game is a defacto playoff game and he gave one away.

I'm not going to totally blame Diaz for this. Mets left runners on the bases. One insurance run would have been enough to win. The bats have been relatively quiet.

It most certainly is newsworthy. For one example, it seems like there had been more positive test in MLB's restart then the NBA's, so for comparatives purposes, it's important to look at what the differences are. If people didn't even know that one league had more positives than the other, there would be no reason to look at what one league is doing different than the other.

while mlb and nfl couldn’t pull off what the nba is just because of the numbers
they could have and should do the teams individually at their respective homes.. so you individual team bubbles
the nfl has the benefit of days before games.. and the league should then regulate the travel services so you’re traveling from bubble to bubble.. And max you got 2 teams within a single bubble and depending on how quickly you can get results, that’s the least amount of time before one bubble can crossover with the other and then games could be held
