Padres looking good :pimp:

I know it's really early in the season. But the Padres biggest edge over the Doyers is our bullpen. Padres bullpen is deeper with relief pitching. Right now the Padres pen is stacked and we still got guys like Dan Altavilla, Taylor Williams, Matt Strahm that are out with injuries. Melancon has been perfect and money as the closer so far.

Doyers on the other hand have a good bullpen also. But they've also been banged up with injuries and also Kenley Jansen isn't a dominant closer anymore and will blow games. I wouldn't be surprised if LA makes a move for someone like Josh Hader or another quality closer or reliever at the trade deadline in July.

Padres I'm hoping we make a move for a better LF before or after the trade deadline. Tommy Pham has been bad so far this season no matter where the Padres put him in the batting order.

Did anyone see the Sunday night game. That ump had the biggest zone I've ever seen, at least for cardinals pitchers. Look up some of the highlights he gave them 3 or 4 inches off the plate.

I'm just hoping **** doesn't get out of hand. It's a lot of Dodger fans out there today and of course the alcohol will be flowing, so it would be a damn shame for anything serious to happen off the field to anyone. If they want to have a brawl ON the field though...

Good to see the Padres finally getting to Corbin Burnes tonight :pimp:

Him and Brandon Woodruff have been a problem and shutdown SD a few times this season.
