The Angels will literally have gotten nothing out of Trout.

The playoffs are nowhere in sight for years, he looks headed down a latter half of his career riddled by injuries and not a haul of top prospects that they could've got if they ever traded him. He's gonna end up as a Yankee in 2030 as a hobbling vet that can still make contact to try and get a ring.
