Yankees and Cowboys were teams that I was given at birth by my grandfather and grandmother. And if I could choose to not be a Cowboys fan, I’d do so, it’s a miserable experience, and I don’t know how anyone could consider it front running. Other than historic losing franchises, I don’t think it could get worse than being a Cowboys fan.
Lakers was strictly because Kobe was my favorite player. Once Kobe left and a couple years of their franchise buffoonery, I enjoy the Lakers being a dumpster fire. Don’t actually even have a team. I just root for specific guys and watch what I feel like.
Never had an attachment to the Giants/Jets/Knicks. And I wouldn’t wish being a Mets fan on anybody.
