2024 MLB Thread; RIP Willie Mays & Pete Rose. Dodgers win #8!

What will change in LV tho? Will ownership decide to spend money? Probably not. Just hope the casual vegas tourists pack the stadium after the excitement of a new shiny toy runs out from locals?
I think they’ll move to LV and sell the team shortly after
New facilities and "state of the art ____" will do the trick for a bit. Like you mentioned, sky is the limit if/when they sell the team too. A sport with no cap in a city like that? Watch Bezos mess around and cop that team LOL!

It's a destination - that one trip a year to see your flyover state team in Vegas!

You think he gets signed?

Has San Diego Padre written all over him for me.

The Padres owner and GM have already said in the local media right after he got released from the Dodgers they would not consider signing him.

Bauer is done. No team will sign him
The prophecy was fulfilled

Oh nahhhh i know they want to speed game up but the MLB needs some type of benefit for players that come back from injury

Bryce got on base in the 9th and he tried putting his arm brace on but had no ******* time because the pitcher is pitching so he just threw it away

Thats a ******* disgrace
