Welp honestly glad Padres took 1 at least in the Bronx. Yesterday was frustrating and there for the taking. Just continued season long problem of not hitting with RISP.

Well as some of you were aware, this was a very tough weekend series for me. Growing up a fan of the 27 time World Series winning Yankees, and the President elect of New and Improved Padres thread, there were plenty of conflicts of interest watching this series.
That being said, happy to see the good guys (in this series and in this thread they were the good guys. Crazy. I. Know.) win this series. My Pads aren’t quite ready for state yet, but I showed that we’ll sooner or later get our vengeance for 1998!
