Yes, Berkman would be in that group.
Altuve has been a huge contributor on a team that's gone to 7 straight ALCS, went to 4 World Series, and won 2 of them. he's on the cusp of being the all time playoff home run leader. that level of sustained organizational success, with him squarely at the forefront of it, puts him above the other guys.
