I f'd myself up permanently playing in little league and HS. Was never taught the proper pitching mechanics. Just went in and threw as hard as I could because that's what worked at the time and I was successful doing it.

It should definitely be a point of emphasis from early on. Elbows and shoulders shouldn't be taken lightly.
 
Unfortunately, chicago is doing what they should be doing. They'll be contending in a few years. It wasn't too long ago that Baltimore was losing 100+ games a season

I see why MLB wants to improve starting pitching. They’re the only ones who can pitch somewhat. Once they leave out no one can throw a strike sadly.

Every reliever is throwing damn near 100 mph. Hard to be precise with location when you’re throwing that fast every single pitch
