I remember my friends and I saw him at the ESPN Zone here in NY one random afternoon. He must have been there for an interview. We asked if we bought a ball could he wait and sign it. He said no problem.

We went to him, he gave us the $ for the ball and signed it and took off. Class act.
 
Dude might've had the most dominant stretch I've seen with from his later time with Toronto and then the Phillies

That no-no in his first playoff start is legendary
 
I remember his perfect game and playoff no hitter like it was a few weeks ago
 
Might be recency bias but it seems like something tragic always happens with baseball players.

I can't even begin to imagine him being the only one in the plane too.

Did authorities determine the cause yet?
