2024 MLB Thread; RIP Willie Mays & Pete Rose. Dodgers win #8!

Wait, what? Everyone is admitting it. "Our opinion is it didnt impact the game." How is that not admitting it? What about "The whole Astros feel bad about what happened in 2017." Or "I am really sorry about the choices made by my team, this organization, and by me."

Not sure how you can see what happened with these interviews and say that you didnt expect anything close to an admission, when an admission is exactly what is happening now.

That's fair. Let me rephrase: this is as soft as an admission as anyone is gonna get.

Twins getting past the Yankees in a playoff series...

The Twins are really good, but I'm not sure I can take them over the Yanks at this point. One thing to really keep an eye on is Paxton's health, his history is real so if he's out then it's more possible.

AL East - Yankees
Central - Twins
West - Astros
WC - Rays
WC - White Sox

NL East - Braves
Central - Brewers
West - Dodgers
WC - Phillies
WC - D Backs

WS - Yankees vs Dodgers (FOR THE 12TH TIME)
Dodgers win it all

Nothing substantial will happen to the Astros until players of other teams get together and put pressure on their union to work something out with the league. It’s not going to happen though...
