Is the nike dunk high sizing the same as the nike dunk low sizing?

earlier in the year I had to return a pair of midas low dunks because of the heel slippage even though I went TTS on them. I usually go .5 up in all of my jordans but chose to go tts in the dunk low and they were still big. so I'm wondering if I should go tts or .5 down in dunk high.
