I'm at least reasonably sure they're affiliated.

I feel you. I totally understand that mentality, that's OLD SB thinking though. Times have changed and many core skate shops don't make it or aren't open anymore. SB needs to get paid to stay alive. They're willing to open arms to boutiques that can fork over cash. There's TONS of 0% core shops that have dunks. It is what it is.

Based on the last time I went there, it is not a skateshop by any means, especially if you compare it to Orchard or Civil
