You'd probably be fine with either. Depends on how you like your kicks to fit and if you are going to skate them.
Disclaimer: I have not tried them on. Just basing off IW compared to TRD sizing.

I think I'll size down .5 from my usual Dunk size - which is what I have to do for no-pad shoes like Blazers.

I'm actually the same size in the IW and traditional dunks...the one thing that bothers me with shoes is the pinky toe - so it's a width thing. Like my Homegrowns are 10.5 but when I got Gasparillas in 10.5 they were painful because of the material. So now I just go with 11 default in dunk and Jordan.
That being said I go .5 size down for blazers so that's probably the way to go with these.
