A similar color of thread to the shoe is a better look, or even clear thread, but I couldn’t find my kit so went w/ the floss

Works good if you want to lace the sneakers loosely without the flaps going everywhere. Sometimes I’ll just rock the flaps down or sometimes I’ll actually lace through the flaps, it’s just whatever flavor I’m feeling that day for that shoe
