frostybuds are those the dunk lux's? Thoughts on those in terms of comfort and quality? I'm iffy on the liner and the tongue looks kinda stuff.

Yup, these were the burnished lows's. They're about the same comfort level as the dunk lows but the materials are on the nice side. Quilted lining and leather insole with good leather on the upper. The tongue is thin but not stiff, kinda like the deconstructed pairs? Pretty nice overall though!

Still ehh..the logo on the heel is still lame and would be better on the tongue or just a big graphic of it on the sole.

Avocados? I only ever heard those referred to as Brazils.

I hope they bastardize dunks, SB and non, the same way they did 1s and air max 1s in the last 5 years. Also this isn't anything new - Nike released a plethora of (mostly wack) non-SB dunks from like 2006-2012.
