From my experience on seeing people win on SNKRS the purchase comes through pretty fast after the draw has ended, the L's usually drag out

this. Its almost instant. But i like to be optimistic even tho its foolish lol

For those of you still hanging on and waiting, theres no point. The SNKRS app is always delayed on giving you Ls. Set your card to notify you about a charge. Usually moments after the draw closes....either you get hit with a charge or not and that's how you'll know.
