well, it's a bit hard to tell even in the video because the leather is just white.
i think at this point no one expects wonders from nike, but a significant notch up qualitywise to say the level of the BTTYS would be at least a turn in the right direction and would kind of consolidate the hopes that nike will handle the (retro) TRD-releases a bit differently than the the regular zoom/IW GRs.

what were the last full leather SBs? the orange boxes? were they even leather lol..
leather on the mulders seems to be at least a bit better and softer than that.

i know the guy ranted about the sh**ty quality of for example the un-sharks in past videos, so there's that.

we will know when a few of us had them actually in hand.

but i get you, nike really did kind of lead us into the darkness of low standards in recent times so that now we tend to embrace every little ray of light..
