just got em in and they're perfect. the leather quality is great compared to all the plastic GRs we've been getting. planning to add a mini embroidered korea flag to the heel and they'll be complete. I'll post a pic if/when I get to that

Created these the 1st time they offered this back in August of last year

Much to my surprise these were shipped via air. I assumed these would be loaded on a boat and would take weeks to arrive. They should be in hand tomorrow and from design to delivery was 2 short weeks.

It’s the exact same “quality” leather in any other cheap Dunks, but tumbled… Is the tumbling better than a shiny coat of poly? Sure. But there is no difference in quality.

Not that it matters to me - I only say it to inform others…

just got the new snakeskin co jp in from that mr porter drop. i'm not a big snakeskin fan at all, but they are really nice in person. really have the early 2000s vibe. even have the old le logo on the insole and inside of the tongue tag.

Don't think so. The ID material is super soft and feels like genuine leather vs that stiff bull**** that feels nothing like leather.

Same stuff. It’s soft because it’s A) tumbled and, more importantly, B) not plastered with a thick shiny coat of polyurethane paint.

Same super thin, cheap cut, of the worst layer of leather on the hide.

Again, I agree it looks nicer. 100%. It’s just no better quality.
