Houston has had Wrestlemania and the Royal Rumble (a couple times I believe), as Survivor Series (part of the big four, if they still do that). The major markets get them, because they can handle and maximize exposure/profit off of them. They most certainly do not need to go to every state. They gain their following regardless.
The question shifted from WM to just PPV's, which, imo hitting each state once ever few years doesn't seem unreasonable.

This Mongo situation has been crazy, but at least he was functional enough to hear that he finally made the HOF in Football. Should be in the WWE HOF as a Horseman as well.

So is Rollins getting cashed in on sometime in the next month?

He’s certainly not going to be wrestling 2 matches at Mania.

And EC winner is supposed to be fighting for his belt. Priest holding it doesn’t seem big enough.

Just feels like BD Dave is throwing darts.

Dom wins the EC and Priest cashes in on Seth night 1 in the tag match

It started at WM
You shifted it to MAJOR Ppvs

It was never about regular PPVs because if that was the case you wouldn't have gotten pushback from anyone.

Nobody would think having a Backlash in El Paso, Texas.

But a MITB, RR, WM, Summer Slam, Survivor Series in a weak city? Nah. For what.
