Wow! Thats 12 years wear?? I started collecting cause I want to have this huge stash for my son so when he hits sz 12 he can just pull whatever he wants and go. Could save me a lot of money in the futre, who knows I have been wondering about how shoes hold up with Nike's 7 year glue gaurantee. Good to know that SB's can withstand the test of time.

I don't know if they make them like they used to. But I swear I wore these things every day for the first 2 or 3 years i owned them. Obviously as my collection grew, they were in the rotation less. I take very good care of my shoes but I figured the sole would start to deteriorate at some point. Fingers crossed.
Very much looking forward to these, really the only pair of SBs that has any anticipation on my part.
