2026 NBA Draft Thread

The next young center who will be an All-Star Impact Big in the NBA

Whichever team is fortunate enough to draft him in the top 10 will get an absolute gem who will be their centerpiece in the middle for the next 10 years

Mara will be one of the best if not the best player to come out of this year’s draft

Too bad the Lakers don’t have my vision and won’t do anything to trade up to the top 5 so they can get him.

A few years ago I said the Lakers should draft Walker Kessler. Because the Lakers’ AD wanted Pelinka to get him a center so he could slide back to PF. Funny how 4 years later, the Lakers’ #1 offseason target is Kessler

Billy Donovan refusing to tank was holding the Bulls back

Not to mention his lack of player development. He didn’t really make anyone better and his lineups were extremely questionable. He refused to play the younger guys in hopes of finishing 500 every season. For all intents and purposes he was retired filling in his corssword puzzles in between setting line ups.
He basically let Westbrook stat pad his way into being considered a good coach

Not sure who said it first, but I’ve now heard 5 different podcasts mention some version of the following phrase about a random prospect:

“He could play in the finals right now” ok? What a meaningless non-statement

I assure you nobody was looking at Jose Alvarado saying, hmm he could play in the NBA finals right now

I know right? All these takes are ridiculous and everythings just a guessing game. I listened to Givony on Dunc'd On yesterday and he was ridiculous as always, but people forget. "Experts" my ***😂. Its ridiculous how some people made careers out of the draft process
