403 porfolio

This might be a weird question to ask but i figured its best to ask my ntfam

Ive been investing on my 403 but have no idea what im doing..so far i have not lost any n gained 15% from 2013

Now im thinking of moving in more aggressivly to earn more for this year

For those knowledgable which specific stocks/bonds etc should i invest on??

So far im investing 60% on a fix rate and 40% on large cap stocks n yielded at15% for 2013...Again no idea what im doing so input from experts will b much appreciated

Thats your best bet.

a 15% percent gain in a year is a great return though.
