Update. Did some research and felt comfortable about it not being anything dangerous. Opened it and it's a check made out to me for $2,450 from a non profit corporation that I've never heard of... I'm so confused.

Exactly. Wonder what they say when the person doesn't send the money back. Guess it doesn't matter bc it's not theirs. I'm gonna call the non profit tomorrow and let them know the deal.
