11K

Like that makes a damn difference 5K to 11K...

That's still hundreds of thousands of lost money for his "Indy Label"....

7 big name artist features and he couldn't even get 2,000 sales from each one of them...

Lil Wayne & Trey Songz features alone cost more than that album made... Last I knew (Lil Wayne over 100K for feature.. Trey Songz was $50K last I knew...  11,000 x 10 =$121,000)

He should feel extremely embarrassed about this... He likes to call out people... He likes to say "How Real He Is".... All that @%*# talking he does.. That he is a legend... That he is great.. Who won't last longer than who.. This is the same dude who said Curtis "flopped" (regardless what you think of the album it was no flop) and this dude has the Nerve to talk about flopping when he has sold less than 20K first week his last 2 albums combined.. It took until 50's 7th week to sell less than those 2 first weeks combined...

For Christ Sake  Lil Jon's album sold a lil over 2,000 Copies less first week than Joe.. And no one knew Jon had an album and he is 5 years removed from relevance..

I was just correcting you.

Why is Fif still talking about someone else's album sales? His last album sold 450k. Fat Joe went from going platinum to selling 11k in a week on E1/Koch. Fif went from selling 6 to 8 million to selling 450k on Interscope. Why is he still talking about album sales when he's not selling?

It's always comedy when Fif goes at someone, but he really shouldn't be talking about anyone's sales anymore.

sucks.. seeing that thats how many album tony yayo bought out the store to help his boy fif.

but forreal. that sucks, haven't heard the album but might check it out, never liked joe or his music though.. features look crazy though.

watch, mark my words, fif's gonna have a song with joe on his next album. he's gonna need some sort of hype seeing that no one will even beef with him no more!

http://www.hiphopdx.com/i...f-a-lil-wayne-guest-spot

This was in 2008 (even before Carter III... so you know he kept his price in that ballpark)

a verse from http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/news/id.6773/title.what-is-the-cost-of-a-lil-wayne-guest-spot# goes for $100k on average. The lowest Wayne will go to serve a hot sixteen? $75k.

"But nothing less!" Wayne says to the mag. "I wouldn't do a song for my sister for less than $75,000."

Can't find the Trey Songz numbers

If you really think Fat Joe / his label paid Lil Wayne (his good friend) anywhere near 75-100k to say the bedtime prayer as a hook, your smokin great!!

I'm sure 20k cash and a pound of kush could get u that hook on a late Miami studio session!
