^ me too. All 3 post gyms ball courts are closed for 10 days to be relacquered so I'm just going to do some stuff at home. I still have the calf isolatorfrom way back, got an instability ball, some weights, so I'll see what progress I can make. I really need to just lose weight and try to strengthen my leftknee though because I know that's what lead to my dramatic decrease in athleticism

But who gravedug this?
