Not sure if this thread is wanted or even warranted but I feel that this model is different enough from both Mids & Highs. With a decent colourway there there is certainly some potential with them. Please lock if not needed.

I just picked up the PSG version and interms of comfort they are a step up from regular J1s.

Love this model (and I personally hate mids and other derivative models), it’s actually a good design that differs from OG 1s but retains the DNA without trying too hard and has thought put into it from a design/functionality standpoint (I.e. EVA midsole/tooling encased in rubber). Not sure why people constantly hate on them but I also think these same people are a vocal minority since a lot of people outside of NT seem to dig them.

Got these for $140 shipped from eBay.. Wasn’t sure I like them but IMO, these are WAYYY better than the VERY similar (in terms of color blocking) Highlight Reel cw of OG 1s that dropped years ago (ironically I own those as well). The mix of materials looks really good on these:

Thanks for creating the thread! I get confused on where to discuss Zoom CMFTs on here because they are not a Mid, but more so of a "budget High" kinda.

That swoosh on those PSGs is FIYAH! That was the main reason I tried to cop those, but of course that release was a part of my L train. LOL

I have not really seen these drop on many US sites yet (though DTLR and Snipes seem to have sold out on them quick online). Luckily I was able to see that DTLR had stores in my area that got these 2 weeks ago and I was able to cop that way. I really like this colorway A LOT. It is neutralized without being boring. I also like the satin tongue on these as well. The only thing I wish was different were the laces being thin, but since the tips of them have black metal on them, I will keep them in and not swap them for thicker ones.

No I own the Zoom Highs as well (Bruts and Craters/Space Hippies) and those are DEFINITELY a half size up. I have very wide feet and am comfortably able to go TTS in ZOOM CMFTs.
