Tried showing the kiddo my favorite nicktoons. She wasn’t into Doug or Rugrats . She did get into Hey Arnold and Fairly Odd Parents thankfully. Crazy looking back I feel like I was blessed to grow up during the era of Nick when these shows were fresh. Poor kiddo has these crappy Nick shows to deal with now. I swear if Nick just would play their old shows on repeat I’d never change the channel.

Nothing beats the easy slapstick comedy of Tom & Jerry tho. Dad saw it in Mexico, I saw it growing up. Most def my kids gonna see it. The classic Hanna Barbera stuff

started watching the doc. Like one of them said, once you go back and see some scenes as an adult it really is jarring.

Maybe it's because I was older at the time and wasn't a kid, but I always thought those shows were a bit odd for kids to say the least whenever I saw parts of them.
