No bank..I use a Credit Union, which is way better imo..Easier to get loans, credit cards, and they offer way better benefits..

After I told them how much I hated how they easily take my money through deposits but gives me a hard time taking my money out, I told them to just close the account.
After that, the representative changed tune and wouldn't let me close my account and got up and personally escorted me to withdraw my money without any problems.
They were lucky I was on my lunch break or else I would have closed my account with them.
I honestly don't know how they stay in business with a really crappy customer service.
I hope CHASE keeps the WAMU mentality of customer service because they were great.

When I left BofA 3 years ago I opened those two new accounts, and have not had one overdraft fee, or one problem with them at all for that matter.

What's the best bank? I was looking into TD bank...
Most top banks have overdraft fees. If you want to live beyond your means, get a credit card. That way you can pay off everything with money you dont have by the end of the month.
Over-drafting? Where they do that.
You could find one of those B.S. regional banks. They tend to be more lenient to over-drafters, but a lot of them have been failing lately.
