The situation spells win all over it ... Both the ^^^ dudes are very correct.  Big names dont like negative press release.  Even if it's just "future" customers who benefit from this display over customer outrage, it's worth it.  Sometimes you have to take 2 steps backwards to take a leap in the right direction.
