So if my tracking has been stuck on “label created” since Monday, who’s at fault? AMM or Fedex?

Honestly, could be either. With that message it might be that AMM printed the labels and the shoes aren't ready to ship, or it could very easily be that they're on a pallet ready to go, but FedEx hasn't picked them up.

No I’m saying a lot of folks here were predicting the resell prices would be relatively low.
Right now that doesn’t seem to be the case.
…unless the price drops precipitously as pairs come in.
