I don't deal with USPS often because I don't live in the states but I have a pair of shoes needing to be picked up that requires a signature. Am I able to get someone to pick it up for me? Or I have to be there to do it?

Don't quote me on it but Team accounts would be mom & pop specialty stores like (running/golf/baseball/soccer specialty stores) also some schools/Universities have accounts. For example Texas A&M just made 2 orders for their 2.0 on their website.
Not sure how one obtain one though.
EDIT: the mom & pop stores I speak of in particular that have these accounts would be the ones listed in Page 1.
