Depends on your bank or if you paid with Paypal it won't be drawn out of your bank account if you did it that way but if it took it out of a paypal balance it could take 5-10 business days
If you didn't use Paypal I'd call your bank and alert them of the situation Usually that speeds up the process

You guys are reading too much into a random flubbed one-off release for a limited shoe, doubt this is any indication of future drops.
Although it does seem like cart timer is gone site-wide at the moment.
UK still has cart-holds though, so I doubt it's gone for good from the US site.
