My bad, no they still have all sizes in various quantities. I was just looking for my size and when I saw the paper I counted the tally marks for size 11 and 10.5.

My friend was able to get his 10.5 30 minutes after I told him about it, he was in the area. He said not that many people were there. This is at 2:35pm. Try your luck.

Damn, I won't get there till like 530 or 6 at latest. Damn those weekday drops!

There were 6 people behind me in line when I went at 1:55.  I told my coworker and he just went and got the last 8.5; said no line there when he was checking out at ~2:45.
