that usually means your bank was blocking the payments and flagging them as fraud charges

welp, finally got soft-temp banned from adc for refreshing too much. Sorry I can't oop anymore carts, hope those I helped was able to cop. Threw like 10 carts but most of them had check out problems or timer expired.
