I got through on size 11. No insurance for me, its the shippers responsibility. If they cause problems that is what a charge back is for....

Exactly. Surprisingly, once I got order confirmation on my size it was removed from the product page. I'm fine with paying $35 more, since retail would've come out to around $184 after tax.
