Sz 12 for NMD R1 (mesh) and sz 11.5 for R1 PK. I am a TTS sz 12 but my left foot is about 12 in and my right foot closer to 11.5 in. I can do sz 11.5 or 12 in the R1 mesh and sz 11 in the R1 PK for a snug fit.
