those getting cancelled/refunded is because their order was never created and they didn't get an order confirmation, only a payment submission which likely didn't get completed on their end to attach an order number to it

Can't go off number orders because orders got cancelled in between confirmed orders due to stock of certain sizes that were sold out being checked out

I think it depends on what payment method you used and also the shop you're getting the refund back. I think generally I've gotten refunds within 3-5 business days?

Did the charge actually go through or was it just authorized? I tried ooping a member when the Parleys released, but Adidas only authorized the charge, they never actually charged it. I got the money back later that day. Hope that helps.
