log out and log back in. I think you need to contact them through twitter/social media. Calling the corporate office won't help as they can only verify that you are a Gold member, I had the same situation but mine eventually updated.

im a vip on champs but when i set up a reservation for the yeezys it says i have a 0min headstart 

. wont matter because im not platinum anyways so 3min headstart wouldnt have helped

the countdown goes down individually and you have 3 hours to confirm your reservation (if you win) otherwise it goes to the waitlisted members.
