Why would the lines be crazy if they releasing their pairs thru confirmed tho?

for the same reasons lines always are crazy....store doesn't allocate staff well to handle the pick up, store has no way of anticipating a few hundred folks will choose X hour of the pick up window, the store manager doesn't prepare well for pick up (ie - final lists aren't made/distributed, the staff are not clear on how the process should go, etc).
