Got through on my iPhone on ADC.

For some reason (or maybe it's totally arbitrary), iPhone and iPad are the only ones I've ever been successful w/ on splash.

I got past splash and got payment errors than my cart was emptied.....adc never blesses me

1) Use a mobile device with no WiFi
2) if you get a payment loop, login and then use a different device to checkout. Just keep at it and it will eventually go through. I spent 35 minutes in a loop submitting payment last drop to get them.
3) if you have a tablet, go open 1 window and start splashing on that too
