You're dead. I just called Adidas and confirmed. If you didn't get a confirmation email from ADC and it's not showing in your orders, it didn't go through.

For those that get through splash, immediately open several more tabs under THE SAME IP ADDRESS AND BROWSER.  Once you get through, your IP address will go straight through splash for several minutes.
