no guarantee that a) the person even has the shoe (when its not tagged) and b) that they're sending you what is pictured

if your paying by paypal you can use the pictures of what they sent you versus what you have to prove their fake.

That wouldn't do anything unless the pictures are very distinguishable. For fakes, they usually ask you to go to a reputable store to confirm and they go based on what they say.

All in all it really sucks to get your money put on hold because so many people are trying to scam.
